The B.Sc. (Honors) program in Environment and Development Economics at Bangladesh University of Business & Technology (BUBT) is a full day-time program. It is a four-year undergraduate program consisting of 120 credit hours. Normal course load is 12 credit hours per term and an academic year consists of three terms- fall, spring, and summer. Each course of the program is a 3 credit-hour course. To be eligible for a B.Sc. (Honors) degree in Environment and Development Economics a student has to complete 39 courses and a 3 credit-hour-equivalent supervised Thesis or a Comprehensive & Oral Examination. For each course a student will get at least 39 lecture classes (one-hour each) and 13 tutorial classes-three lectures and one tutorial per week basis.
