Department of Marketing is one of the core departments of Bangladesh University of Business and Technology (BUBT). It started its journey with the establishment of BUBT in the year 2002& trying to contribute to the overall performance of BUBT in all the aspects. The Department is home to a large and thriving community of marketing academics, committed to a multidisciplinary approach to researching the creation of value through exchanges and relationships with consumers, organizations and the society. Our critical mass of excellent faculties have expertise in three main sub-fields of marketing, namely consumer and social marketing, marketing management (including product and brand management, digital marketing, services marketing), and business markets and networks (including supply chain management). We also have significant strengths in small business marketing and internationalization and international marketing. Our faculties commonly aim to produce work that is academically rigorous and useful to our key target stakeholders – students, practitioners, policy makers and funding bodies.
